I make glass picture pendants. Most are with pictures of kids in their sports uniforms, but they can be of anything - landscape, animals/pets, initials, mascots, etc. They can clip onto any necklace. The square ones are $12 and the rectangle ones are $16.

The rectangle pendants a larger and can hold a picture with more than one child. They are also good
for action pictures of kids doing sports (diving for a ball, sliding into a base, etc.).
I know this doesn't fall under the category of "jewelry", but here is a picture of a diaper
cake I made for my sister-in-law's shower. I can create these for boys and girls. It holds 67
diapers. A plain cake without any extra's (soap, lotions, pacifiers, onesies, toy, etc.) is $30.
The price goes up depending on how much extra stuff goes on it.
